Facebook Competition Rules

1.The Promoter and Data Controller is Repak Limited, Red Cow Interchange Estate, 1 Ballymount Road, Dublin

2.Repak will be bound by all Facebook Privacy guidelines and will not share or release data to any third parties

3.This prize draw is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland over 18 years of age, except employees of Repak or participating partners and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

4.This competition runs from 19th June 2012 until 20th July 2012.

5.In order to enter this competition you must “like” the REPAK Recyclemore facebook page and submit the required information on the Recycle More ‘Win an iPad 3 competition page on or before 1pm on 20th July 2012.

6.Persons entering this competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

7.Any entry not in strict accordance with these terms and conditions will be deemed to be invalid.

8.The winning entries will be selected in a random draw from correct and valid entries received by the closing date.

9.The winners will be notified by Facebook message and email before 1pm on the, 25^thof July, 2012.

10.The decision of Repak Limited regarding the winner of the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into with any entrant.

11.Repak Limited will deliver prizes within one week of notifying the winner.

12.Prize is a 32gig WiFi iPad 3.

13.No cash or other alternative will be offered and the prize is non-transferable.

14.Repak Limited accepts no responsibility for failure or delay in postal or courier systems or the winners' failure to supply delivery address or take delivery of the prize.

15.Repak Limited reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this free competition at any time without notice.

18. Repak may send you information on recycling in Ireland. If you do not wish to receive this information, you will be offered the opportunity to opt.
